  • Academy Application form (Apply page): name, email address, phone number, city, date of birth (optional) and your responses about your background and goals.

We do not use cookies, analytics scripts or tracking pixels of our own on this site, and we do not require you to create an account to browse it.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your enquiry or application and discuss your project or admission to the Academy.
  • To prepare proposals, quotes, and project or course-related communication.
  • To send you information you've specifically requested, such as the Academy curriculum.
  • To improve our services and understand what prospective clients and students are looking for.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services We Use

  • Formspree — processes and delivers submissions from our Contact and Academy Application forms to our inbox.

  • WhatsApp — our floating chat button opens a conversation in WhatsApp at your choice; any messages you send are handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

We keep enquiry and application information for as long as needed to respond to you, deliver a project or course, and meet our accounting, tax or legal record-keeping obligations. If you'd like us to delete information we hold about you sooner, contact us and we'll action it unless we're required to retain it by law.

We do not share your personal information with third parties except: the service providers listed above (strictly to operate this site and process your submissions), or where required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Frisky Designs or others.

We're based in India and primarily handle information in accordance with Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If you're contacting us from outside India, you understand your information will be processed in India.
